As part of Prezly Labs, we’re introducing Prezly Toolbox (Beta), a Chrome browser extension that helps bring your web research into Prezly.

The first tool is Contact Finder. When you’re reading articles or researching publications, it helps you collect potential contacts along the way, reducing the manual work of adding them to your database.

Story search now remember what order you want your results sorted in, e.g. by relevance or creation date. This preference is preserved per user, so everyone can sort results the way that makes sense to them.

We’re trying out Build audience, a new way to create more intentional recipient lists for email campaigns.

Selecting the right recipients is one of the most sensitive parts of preparing a campaign. Starting with your entire contact database can make it easier to cast the net too wide and harder to find the best starting point for a particular message.

You can import from Google Docs in two places: when creating a new story, or from the stories grid.

You can now create a more natural, flowing layout in email campaigns, pitches, and stories by wrapping text around images.

Place an image to the left or right, turn on text wrap, and your copy will flow alongside it, making image-heavy content feel more polished, editorial, and easier to scan.
