March product updates
Cleaner contact lists, healthier emails, smarter sending.

Not every email address is one you want to send to – old job addresses, personal emails, or anything that's bounced. The new inactive status lets you keep an address on file without it causing problems in your outreach.
Set any email as inactive from contact grids, the contact edit form, or directly from campaign steps 2 and 3. Inactive emails can't be selected in pitch composers and are automatically skipped in campaigns. Every change is logged in the contact activity feed for a full audit trail.
Bounced emails hurt your sender reputation and clutter your contact list. This month's release brings a suite of new tools to help you stay on top of email health automatically.
- Auto-deactivation after multiple bounces – emails that repeatedly bounce are automatically marked inactive and skipped in future campaigns, including ones already scheduled. You'll see a summary in your Monday morning update email
- Network-wide health monitoring – Prezly now monitors email deliverability across our network in real time, auto-marking emails as bounced or healthy as soon as we have signal – even when you add a new contact
- Bounce reasons at a glance – hover over any flagged email to see exactly why it bounced or was marked inactive
- Safer sending – inactive emails are skipped automatically in pitches and campaigns. Bulk-mark bounced emails as inactive, or manage them individually from the bounced tab on step 3 of your campaign
- Smarter linking between contacts – when viewing a contact's "organizations" tab, you can multi-select any related organizations and link them to the contact in one go rather than having to do it one by one
- Site analytics are now easier to find for multi-site accounts – no more digging through settings pages to see visitor numbers and traffic sources thanks to some subtle improvements to the user interface for accounts with more than one site

For a small, specialist agency, efficiency is everything. Ingredient Communications needed a tool that could match their precision – reaching the right journalists, with the right message, at the right time.
"Prezly is really integrated into our business. It makes our lives a whole lot easier."
