How long does it take for my campaign to send?
99% of the time, your campaign will be sent in under 5 minutes
When you hit send on your Prezly campaign, it is sent out asap. Depending on the system load, sometimes this can take a minute, though in 99% of cases campaigns are sent within 5 minutes max.
It's a truly exceptional circumstance that would delay a campaign beyond a few minutes.
If it's been longer than that and your campaign is still not marked as sent, it might be time to contact support.
