Hub sites, story editor upgrades & more…
Hub sites – the Prezly sites that collect all your other sites in one place – have been moved to the Bea site theme, so they look better and give you more visual controls.
You can now:
- Turn a site into a hub yourself
- Set it online or offline, just like a regular site
- Play with the design using new style options
Great for PR portfolios and themed story collections. Available on Premium, Agency, and Enterprise plans.
You can now reorder story components by simply dragging and dropping them.
No more copy-pasting blocks around – just grab and move.
Three new ways to handle video in your stories:
- Upload your own video files directly into your story via the “video embed” option
- Paste a YouTube or other video URL on a new line to embed it instantly
- Refresh your video thumbnail by clicking the embed and selecting “refresh embed”
You can now see a preview of how your story card will look on your site before publishing. Check the cover image & sharing options in the sidebar – just remember that your site’s styling still affects the final look.
Speed up your workflow with these new formatting shortcuts:
- Cmd+Shift+1 (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+1 (PC) = Heading 1
- Cmd+Shift+2 / Ctrl+Shift+2 = Heading 2
- Cmd+Shift+3 / Ctrl+Shift+3 = Heading 3
- Cmd+Shift+0 / Ctrl+Shift+0 = Paragraph
- Cmd+Shift+8 / Ctrl+Shift+8 = Bulleted list
- Cmd+Shift+9 / Ctrl+Shift+9 = Numbered list
No need to open the formatting menu – just type and go.
Did you know you can search from anywhere inside Prezly? Use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+K (Mac) / Ctrl+K (PC) to open the universal search bar and quickly find contacts, stories, sites and more.
