Hub sites just got a big upgrade 🎉

Here’s a quick look at everything that’s new.

You can now turn any site into a hub without contacting support – just head to Site Settings > Hub site options.

We also updated the card view inside your hub: it now mirrors the public site layout, with larger logos and the correct site order.

Plus, each card now includes quick links to site settings and branding, so you can fix logos or make updates in seconds.

In addition to this, there’s also a new Live/Not live filter to help you quickly spot what’s published and what's not.

Your hub now uses the Bea theme, with all its design polish and advanced styling features.

This means you can now:

• Enjoy a look and feel that matches Bea’s visual standards
• Preview and style your hub like any other Bea site
• Use features like featured categories and extra story sharing options

We’ve also improved how story header images are displayed inside story cards. When a header image is too wide to look good, we’ll now show the site logo instead – no more awkward cropping.

All the new hub settings are already available for everyone using a hub room. Some of you have already been moved over to the new Bea theme, but if you haven’t yet, there are a few ways to make the switch:

• Wait for the automatic upgrade – We’ll be gradually moving all hub rooms to the new theme. If you’d prefer to wait, no problem — we’ll handle it for you soon
• Switch manually – Want to try it right away? Just go to your Site Settings → Styling page, click the “Change theme” button in the top-right corner, select Bea, apply your styles, and activate it when you’re ready
