We've introduced grouping to contact tags to help you manage tags and make it easier to find the tags you want to faster in tag pickers for both contacts and also advanced filters.

Grouped tags are shown first in the manage tags screen and in pickers and filters alphabetically.

Over the past week, we’ve seen an increase in phishing emails impersonating Prezly. We want to share some context and a few simple ways to help you stay protected.

Dynamic content is text that changes based on the recipient’s data (you might know this function as "mail-merge"). Dynamic content allows you to personalize your email campaigns with details like the recipient's first name.

You can now define the order in which your site contacts are displayed on your homepage. Simply drag-and-drop the contacts into the order you want, and it will be reflected as such on your site.

We implemented two-factor authentication (2FA), which allows users to secure their account access using an authenticator app. 2FA can be enabled in your personal settings by each user individually, or an account can decide to enforce it for all users.

Please note that 2FA cannot be enabled if you use Google or SSO to log in.

As of today, we'll start sending all of our users an automated email showing the past 7 days' activity for each of your site(s). Of course, this can be disabled in your email preferences.

We've just shipped a nice improvement to galleries - you can now crop, delete, edit captions and reorder images directly in the editor!

We’ve just rolled out a new site header and footer feature that you can use when attaching stories to your pitches and campaigns.

A security vulnerability published last Friday is occurring in a Java library used by almost all companies worldwide. As such, many companies are currently taking measures to try to patch this vulnerability as quickly as possible.

However, all Prezly customers should not be concerned and are not facing any security threats. The Prezly application as well as newsrooms are not considered vulnerable, as we do not use this library in any of our publicly available services.
