Additional setup for Office 365 customers

If you use Office 365 to host your mailboxes, you may need additional configuration before Prezly can send emails on your behalf to email addresses at your domain

Verifying the sender domain is not enough as this protection is provided by Office 365 and related services.

This is important when communicating with members of the organization internally using Prezly, or when testing campaigns using the Prezly campaign composer.
