Knowing what you want out of technology is just as important as figuring out how to get it, because using technology in the wrong way is counter-productive, According to Christopher, "that's always a challenge is, do you have a problem we can help you solve? If the answer is no, then it's a waste of everybody's trying time to try and put a square peg into a round hole."
