The Contacts part of Prezly was busy with many tabs and actions, so we decided to do a cleanup:
- We moved the Contact tags and Contact imports as a sub-section when you click on the Contacts link in the left side menu.
- We moved the Contact exports page to your Organization settings, as we understand that tracking the ownership and download of your account's contacts list is important.
We've added a new automatic linking functionality! Now, pasting a URL over your selected or highlighted text automatically links the text, saving you time on having to paste your URL in the link embed menu. This works for all regular paragraphs, headings, quotes, and also for text in table cells.
The current verification setup you are using has been considered deprecated since 2019, so we've decided that it's time to completely retire and starting on March 27th, we'll be disallowing sending Prezly campaigns from domains that are still using the deprecated verification setup.
To help with the improvements, we are asking you to upgrade your sender domain verification DNS records before the mentioned date to avoid interruptions in your email campaign workflows. The verification is necessary to tell email providers that Prezly is allowed to send email campaigns on your behalf using your email domain (e.g. [email protected]).
Note: you'll always be able to use your PrezlyMail sender address ([email protected]) in case you need more time to update your DNS records.
Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions or need help with setting up your DNS records.
*Custom site domains are available only for Prezly accounts on Core, Premium, and Enterprise plans
