Newsroom Visibility & Availability
How to set your newsroom and stories to private/public
All the content published using Prezly is automatically SEO-ready and social-friendly by default. However, on your Newsroom Settings page, you have the option to set your newsrooms and stories to private, as well as stopping them from appearing on search engine results pages.
To adjust your Visibility and Availability settings, go to your Newsroom Settings page and click on "Advanced".
Once a newsroom is created, it automatically becomes fully accessible by Google, Bing, and other search engines. This helps with bumping up your search engine rankings and maximizing visibility among your audience.
Switching the Visibility off will make the newsroom private and will not be accessible by search engines.
Online newsrooms are displayed on the internet and can be viewed by external parties. Switching the toggle off will take the newsroom offline but its contents will still be visible within your Prezly account.
Offline newsrooms can be put online again at any time using these same settings.
