Launching the new Prezly UI (beta)

Be among the first to try the new Prezly UI, featuring improved filters, flexible views, and a new way to favorite pages for quick access.

New navigation & favorites 🔍

From top to bottom:

  • The account switcher, settings, and log-out options have moved to a dropdown at the top of the page (previously at the bottom).
  • Global search is now easier to access and lets you search across all Prezly areas.
  • The side navigation has been rearranged and now includes a new Home item.
  • A new More section gives quick access to Contact tags, Imports, Exports, Media Monitoring, and Snippets.
  • You can favorite anything, and favorited pages now appear in a new Favorites section for quick access.
  • Notifications and Help now open in their own menus at the bottom of the navigation.
  • Page headers are cleaner. Most pages now include breadcrumb-style titles and the option to favorite them for sidebar access.

New views & improved filters 👀

  • The Contacts, Campaigns, Pitches, Stories, and Coverage grids all have a refreshed look, with more flexible layouts and a new table view.
  • Filters and saved views now work the same across all grids—so there’s only one system to learn.
  • Filters appear in a consistent top row above the content, so it’s always clear what’s being shown.
  • You can now save custom views (previously called "segments") for any grid. All your segments now live at the top above grids as a view.
  • Views now support two layouts:
    • Table view – fully customizable; choose which data to show and how to order it (for yourself or your team).
    • Card view – a compact, preset layout that adapts it's contents based on item status.
  • View settings are saved per view, letting you create reusable combinations of filters, fields, and layout depending on use case.
  • There’s also a new floating action bar, making it easier to act on selected items.

Campaign creation updates ✉️

  • The Campaign creation header now shows the name of your campaign.
  • Campaign creation still works the same overall, but Steps 2 and 3 now use the new table view for managing contacts.
  • A new Problems in step 3 column helps you spot any issues when reviewing your contact list.
  • We've added a new default column Last contacted at to the campaign steps 2 and 3 and contact grids, which is filterable and sortable too, and clicks through to the email activity list, so you can both see when you last contacted someone and see what you sent.

Who can try it? 🧪

We can turn it on for customers, and a self serve opt in option is being rolled out shortly for you to try it.

New customers will have it enabled by default.

What’s next? 🔜

This is just the beginning. We're rolling out further UI improvements soon, including more helpful views that surface useful customer insights, base on your feedback. Stay tuned!
