Every sent email campaign automatically generates a campaign report that shows you the campaign's open, click, replied, undelivered, and more statistics.

 list specifically displays contacts who clicked on at least one single link in the published story attached to the email. This could be an image link, a video, an attachment, or the "Read more" link. However, the Clicked list didn't specify which links were being clicked and didn't count the links included in the email text.

The entire interface of the campaign report page was updated to match the rest of the app's latest UI. The different campaign report statuses can now be found in a row of tabs, the actions moved to the campaign overview block – and underneath, you can see a new block for 

 column to see which of your recipients clicked on the links throughout your email. 

For contacts or recipients who don’t want to be tracked, switching the toggles off will suppress tracking IDs from being applied to the rendered message. So, open and click events are not known.

If you wish to not track clicks and opens, you can easily turn off the toggle for open rates and clicks in the bottom right corner of the 

Why can't I see click reports in my campaign reports?

Click reports are only available for Premium or Enterprise plans. If you wish to activate this feature, please go to your 

 in your Subscription & Billing settings.

Why can't I see click reports for previously sent campaigns?

For campaigns that were sent before the release (on 26 May), we are not able to generate and show the detailed click report for the campaign.

Introducing: Campaign click reports

Site contacts has been available in Prezly for a while now, but recently, we've had some users tell us that – on top of adding site contacts to stories – being able to add signatures to their email campaigns or pitches would be super helpful.

So, we decided to make it possible! On 26 May, we launched an update to our 

 embed that enables you to add signatures to any content created in Prezly, and to further simplify your workflow, you can now also insert site contacts from different sites!

Site contacts were previously exclusive to only the story editor, but with this update, you are able to add your site contacts across campaigns, pitches, and last but not least, snippets. There are now two layout options for site contacts and choosing the Signature card layout enables you to use a site contact card as an email signature at the end of all your email campaigns and pitches.

If you have site contacts set up across the different sites that you manage within your Prezly account, you'll be able to insert site contacts from any site into your stories, campaigns, or pitches. Say hello to

Site contacts: Now universal and can be used as email signatures!

Updated for more flexibility across different sites, stories, campaigns, and pitches

Every contact imported or created in Prezly automatically has a contact profile, consisting of their contact details, organization information, notes, activity logs, and more. Previously, the contact profile could either be previewed or expanded to a whole page. But the structure of the contact profile page was rather outdated, and the hierarchy of contact information was taking up more space, requiring more scrolling up and down the page than it should.

 a makeover, giving you a contact's information in one compact and convenient space, categorizing the information under different tabs for quicker access – and without having to expand and open a new page for a full overview! 🙌

How do I access a contact's preview and profile?

The contact preview still opens on the right side of the page when you click on any contact's name on your Contacts page. When accessing a contact's profile, users no longer need to click on a "View full profile" button to have a full overview of all the contact's information, notes, and activity – everything can now be found and managed within the contact preview itself.

What's different about the new and improved contact preview?

With the redesign and new interface of the contact preview, the profile header now holds a summary of information and read-only tags for a quick overview of each contacts' main details.

You can easily look at your contact information in more depth by clicking on each tab.

And once you're in the Organization tab, clicking on the organization's will also give you an overview of every contact in your Prezly contacts list that belongs to that specific organization.

And when you pin a note to a contact, the note will always appear under the tabs whenever you open a contact's preview. 

Pinned notes are always highlighted in blue under the Profile tab

It is also now possible to navigate between different contact with the navigation buttons seen on top left of the contact preview – and also by using your keyboard's up or down keys!
