Contact activity & reporting
You can view a summary of interactions, as well as detailed statistics of a specific contact directly from their Contact Preview.
In the upper section of the Contact Preview, you will see:
- A summary of how many emails were sent to the contact
- The percentage activity of their interaction with your communications
- The last time they were contacted
Under the Emails tab, you can
- See all the campaigns or pitches sent to your contact
- View all sent emails, or use the dropdown filters to view based on campaign status
- View the specific reason of undelivered or bounced activities
Under the Activity tab, you can see a history of updates made to the contact, site and stories activity, unsubscribes, and more.
