Can I delete an email Campaign from my dashboard?
You can only delete draft Campaigns
Campaigns that were already sent from the platform aren't possible to be removed as we need to keep those records to reflect the correct information for both our customers and their stakeholders.
You can delete a draft campaign, by going to the Campaigns page, clicking on the "•••" button that appears on the right-hand side of the campaign, there click on "Delete Campaign" to remove the draft campaign.
✋ If any campaigns are sent by mistake and you want us to help to rename it so other teammates won't reuse that campaign, contact us via the in-app messenger at the bottom right and we can help to rename the campaign if needed.
