A fundraising press release isn't all about asking – it can also be about celebration. The people involved in your cause want to know when they've made a difference. So, tell them.

After leading with an impressive press release headline, it briefly says a few words, thanks its sponsors, and then gets into the good stuff: footage from the night in question. It's absolutely chock-full of pictures and media celebrating the night, which not only makes for an interesting yet skimmable story, it also gives everyone that participated a sense of accomplishment.
