Campaign reporting
Once you've sent a campaign you are presented with the campaign report screen, where you can analyze who you have sent it to and look at engagement and delivery metrics.

This is divided up into six distinct areas:
- The overview: showing you the campaign subject, who it's from, who wrote it, its status, and what any linked stories or sites are.
- The campaign report tabs: The first tab is the campaign results screen screen, as above. All the other tabs allow you to filter down on the recipients and see who did what - all recipients, emails that got delivered, opened, clicked , not clicked, unopened, undelivered, and unsubscribed.
- Campaign results: various charts showing delivery and engagement.
- Recommended next steps: these change with context, but you can follow up with those who opened, didn't open, create a list of those who clicked and more.
- The click report: if you have click tracking on your plan, you can see a click report here, showing interactions on both the attached story and email.
- The top actions: You can both view the email and also send the campaign again:
- Resend to those who opened, clicked and unopened
- Send as a pitch
- Duplicate the email campaign (and send to new people)

Note: Email servers and spam filters can have an effect on the click rates of your email campaigns and pitches.
Click reports are only available for Standard/Agency and Enterprise plans. If you wish to activate this, please go to your Plans page in your Subscription & Billing settings.
