Dates
By default, published_at and modified_at use the format Y-m-d H:i:s in the story author's time zone, without an offset. Pass date_format with a PHP date format to change this. date_format=c returns ISO 8601 with the offset, which is the safest choice for machines:
curl --silent 'https://newsroom.example.com/feed.json?date_format=c'{ "published_at": "2026-10-08T11:06:00+02:00" }Full story content
scope=full replaces each item with the story's complete public JSON, the same document as Story JSON. It includes the story content and more metadata, and is considerably slower. Keep limit small when you use it.
curl --silent 'https://newsroom.example.com/feed.json?scope=full&limit=3'JSONP
For legacy pages that cannot use CORS, callback wraps the response in a function call and returns application/javascript:
curl --silent 'https://newsroom.example.com/feed.json?callback=showStories'Prefer a normal fetch. Feeds already allow requests from any origin.
