The 201 response contains sharable_dns_instructions with url and expires_at. The URL carries temporary delegated access; share it only with the intended DNS administrator.
Returns a temporary instructions URL and expires_at. The URL embeds a token restricted to the domain instruction lookup/connect paths. Treat it as temporary access and use the returned expiry; this does not change DNS records.
